Dr. Orin Grossman is a pianist that has delighted audiences at the Quick, and the world over, with his unique and engaging approach to performing and lecturing about great American and European music.

In this performance, Grossman pays tribute to George Gershwin, one of the most significant American composers of the 20th century, known for popular stage and screen numbers as well as classical compositions.

Dr. Grossman joined the Fairfield University faculty in 1975. He has served as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and as an Academic Vice President. He is presently Emeritus Professor of Visual and Performing Arts.
