Visitor Guidelines

We are delighted to welcome you back to in-person events at the Quick Center. Your health and safety remain our highest priorities, and we are continually adapting our protocols in line with the CDC, the WHO, and state and federal guidance.

For all Spring 2022 performances all adult visitors and staff are required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and a valid ID.

Children under 12 are not currently required to be vaccinated to participate in any programs.

Proof of a negative Covid-19 test will not be accepted as an alternative to vaccination.

To ensure that we are providing a safe environment for everyone, the following additional protocols are in place:

Face Coverings Are Welcome

A face mask or covering is welcome for all guests during indoor events, but is no longer required.

Venue Capacity

The theatre will be operating at 100% capacity.

Contactless Ticketing

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase tickets online and in advance.

Covid-19 Liability Waiver

Fairfield University continues to prioritize the safety of its Staff and Guests, including Audiences and Artists, and will adapt protocols and procedures as appropriate following CDC, WHO, and local, state, and federal guidance and recommendations from medical experts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, an inherent risk of contracting Covid-19 and other contagious diseases remains present in any public venues. Fairfield University cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to or contract Covid-19 or other contagious disease.

By entering the Quick Center and/or attending or participating in any program you are accepting the risk of being exposed to, contracting, or spreading Covid-19 or other contagious diseases along with all related consequences and expressly waive any and all claims against Fairfield University, its trustees, officers, employees and agents arising out of such exposure.

Ticket Protection & Flexible Refunds

In the event that a program is canceled, you will be offered a range of options, including a full refund of your ticket purchase. Additionally, if you or a member of your party exhibit symptoms of Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19, you may request a full refund, including waived fees, prior to the scheduled program by contacting our box-office.

The Quick Center is committed to making our campus and programming accessible to all guests. If any of our new protocols hinder your ability to access our spaces or programs, or if there is anything we can do to make your experience more accessible, please let us know.

The safety protocols currently in place are subject to change in compliance with revisions to national and local guidelines regarding Covid-19.
