Missoula Children's Theatre

This summer, the Quick celebrates its 31st season of Missoula Children’s Theatre Camps. This renowned children’s summer theatre program offers six sessions from which to choose with a performance on the Friday evening at the end of each session. A total of 60 community children, grades 1-12, may be registered in each weekly session.

A variety of speaking and ensemble roles are offered. No advance preparation is needed.

Daily Schedule

Monday - Thursday

9:15 a.m. – 2 p.m. Rehearsals plus Acting, Dance, Music and Art
Bring a sack lunch for a 1/2-hour break.

 

Friday

3:30 p.m. through showtime
Dress Rehearsal
Bring a brown bag dinner for a 1/2-hour break.
7:30 p.m. Performance*

There's More! Extra, Extra!

Extra, Extra!

Enhance your child’s learning experience by adding Extra! Extra! 

Campers will work directly with Missoula directors in a small group plus be a part of a collaborative project that is showcased on performance night. Sessions available Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. $55 per child.

Summer Camp Intensives

Unleash your creative side with one of our ten Summer Intensive sessions including Singing for the Stage, Acting and Audition Prep, Introduction to Fashion Design, Sewing, Fashion Illustration, Introduction to Phone Photography and Storytelling, Create Your Own Video Game, Circus, and Piano.

Tuition

$325 for the first child

$300 for any additional children in the same family.

Full tuition is due at time of registration.

Tuition includes:

  • Full week of classes and workshops
  • Quick Center t-shirt

Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted forms of payment.

Registration Process Summary*

Please complete the registration form, cancellation agreement and the promotional release form and return them by mail along with the full tuition payment. Registration may also be done over the phone by calling the Box Office at 203-254-4010. Quick Members get guaranteed session enrollment until March 6. All other registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis starting March 7. All registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of your session placement.  On-line registration is not available for Missoula Children’s Theatre Camps.

Please note that full tuition payment must be included with registration form.

Cancellation Policy Summary

A $50 fee will be charged in the event of any cancellation. Payments are transferable but subject to a $50 transfer fee. No transfers may be made without Box Office consent. A refund of the remainder of the tuition fee is subject to session replacement by another applicant. No cancellations or refunds are possible within one week of the session or once the session has begun.

Summer Camp Arts Education Assistance

Since the inception of the Education and Outreach Fund in 2015, over $45,000 has been donated to provide 310 scholarships to students. If you feel that your child qualifies for Arts Education Assistance, please fill out the application and attach a letter of recommendation from your child’s classroom teacher stating why they believe your child should be considered for the Quick Center’s Summer Camp Arts Education Assistance Program.
